Professional equality to valorize your firms - what good practices exist in France and in Europe? 

This conference has a European human, social, economic and ethical dimension.
This conference will be a place to exchange and share experiences on the consideration given to human capital in the improvement of professional equality.
In support of this conference, AFECA will have a number of concrete and practical tools to offer - a range of good practices that will highlight the way women respond to their main preoccupations and consolidate the results of work carried out collaboratively by the AFECA over the last few months in all regions. The results of a European benchmark that we carried out with member institutes of the FEE and EFAA will also be presented and will show how the issue of valorising human capital is taken into consideration in the profession's European
institutes.
